When a new caregiver or client registers with an international phone number, they’ll need an extra hand from the agency to verify and gain access to the created profile.
In the client/caregiver experience, when they set up a profile, they’ll be prompted to contact your agency email to be provided with the code.
Here are the steps that can be taken on your end:
- A verification code will appear on the client or caregiver profile when you add them or after they register. This code will no longer regenerate as it once did.
- Copy the code and send it to the client or caregiver.
- The client or caregiver can paste the code into the verification screen and verify the account. Clients will see this verification screen after they accept the terms and conditions.
- Once an account is verified, the verification code will disappear from the profile, and then the client or caregiver can navigate freely on the web portal.
We also suggest letting your international clients and caregivers know they must contact you for the code to verify the account. Or, if you create the profile for them, you can copy and paste the code and send it to them in their initial conversations with you for easy access.
