You can easily configure your client onboarding experience through the admin dashboard. To start setting up this process, go to your Agency Settings (cog icon in the top right corner) > Client Onboarding.
From this screen, you'll see all of the available onboarding questions that your clients will see when registering through the web portal. You can select questions as Required, Optional, or Do Not Include. They will only see questions that are marked as Required or Optional. Once these options are updated, click on Save to finalize your selections.
You will also see a section titled 'Permanent placement registration only'. If you do not offer permanent/full-time placements, you can leave this turned OFF. However, if you do offer placement services, you can turn this toggle ON and a new list of questions will appear. With these questions, you can configure the data you collect from clients about their placement needs. There are 4 types of information you'll configure:
- Display notes: For each section of questions, you can create notes that the clients will see to help them fill out the section.
- For example, in the Employment Details section, you can leave instructions to help clients understand how you define full/part-time positions: "Please include as much information as you can about the position you are looking to fill. When considering the type of position, we consider full-time to be anything over 30 hours."
- Positions: You can select all of the positions/jobs that your agency offers. Clients will only be able to choose options that you offer when filling out their request.
- Questions: In each section, you can select questions as Required, Optional, or Do Not Include. They will only see questions that are marked as Required or Optional.
- Placement terms of service: These will be displayed at the end of their placement form and they will have to accept them before they can submit their request.
- These can be different from your terms of service that are shown to clients in the initial registration process and are specific to permanent placements.
Once you've updated your settings, be sure to click on Save to finalize your selections. You can come back to this page at any time to make further adjustments. And, for a full tutorial, click on the video below.
To see a view of what your clients will see, you can go to Placements > Create New Placement or view the video below. This form will be the same that the clients see with the exception of the Terms of Service- that is only displayed in the client view.
