In each permanent placement, there are a variety of actions you can take to manage the workflow:
- Modify: Allows you to update any of the entries that client submitted.
- Update Status: Allows you to change the status of the placement and add 'Status detail' notes so you can easily see where it is in the process. Below are the placement statuses:
- New
- Pending Intake Interview
- Job Description Complete
- Candidate Search
- Candidate sent to client
- Client Interviewing Candidates
- Client Making Offer
- Offer Accepted
- Awaiting Agency Payment
- Placed
- Unable to Fill
- Ended
- Assign Final Caregiver: Once the client has extended an offer and the caregiver accepted, you can assign them to the placement. If needed, you can also update the caregiver at any time.
- Duplicate: If the client has a need for another placement, you can duplicate their original one as a starting point.
Additionally, you can track a variety of notes:
- Intake Notes: Use these to track any additional information you gather on the introductory call(s) you have with the client.
- Candidate Feedback: Use this to track any feedback the client has about the candidates.
- Additional Notes: Use this to track any other information about the placement.
