I, "the client," agree to the following:
Andrea’s Nannies is a babysitter referral service. The babysitters referred by us are independent contractors and are NOT employees of Andrea’s Nannies. The client solely employs the babysitters, and it is ultimately the client's responsibility to approve the babysitter to care for the client's children. All payments and arrangements are made directly between the client and the babysitter. The client and babysitter acknowledge that Andrea’s Nannies is not responsible for, and will be held harmless against, any injury, loss, or other damage arising from or related in any manner to their use of our service.

PAYMENT: The Client agrees to hold their Credit/Debit Card on file for payment. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment. Tipping is accepted via the app.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations happen. You won't be charged if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. We charge a fee of $75 if cancelled within 24 hours of start time.
PARKING: We know the parking is difficult; please notify your sitter if there will be free street parking, a parking pass, or an option to valet. Please note families are required to pay all parking fees, if applicable.

Registration Fee is a one-time fee paid prior to rendering services. A renewal fee may be implemented if services are inactive for six months or longer. Requests and cancellations require a 24-business hour timeframe. Requests and cancellations made with less than 24 business hour notice, including weekends, will incur a $50 fee. All service requests must be booked through the agency. Contacting a caregiver directly without the agency’s knowledge and consent shall result in dismissal from using our services in the future and a fee of $200. Contacting a caregiver directly disqualifies you from any refunds or reimbursement.
Our agency caregivers are not permitted to provide transportation services, including transporting children, under any circumstances and will not be responsible for any death or injuries related to motor vehicle accidents. Registered clients shall keep a credit card or bank account number on file. Members are responsible for informing Andrea’s Nannies of any account changes of credit cards or bank accounts. Overdue payments are subject to a $50 late fee and a returned payment fee of $50. Overdue payments will also result in service interruption until the balance is paid in full.

Occasional care of a child or children during the day or night. We can also place sitters when children are off on holiday breaks, mildly ill, or when their regular caregiver is unavailable (backup care). Families may book here, providing all pertinent information. We ask families to please complete the online profile. Having this information will help us book the right caregiver with your family. If the Family cancels a scheduled babysitting request with less than 24-hour notice, the Family will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
