Only send if you turn this on for one or more services. If you don’t offer services that pay in cash or invoice for caregivers, do not send.
As we roll out enhanced features for your business, we understand that they will affect everyone- your staff, caregivers, and clients. If you turn this setting on, you can use the sample email templates below to communicate the new feature to your clients and caregivers.

Hello!
We've got some fantastic news for you! Sitter Pro just rolled out a new feature that gives you more control over your rates. Now, you can set your desired hourly rates for caregivers during the booking process.
How It Works:
As you go through the normal booking process, you will notice a new field on the caregiver rates screen. There, you can add your preferred rate. Your listed rate gives caregivers a heads-up on what you're looking for, and they can decide if it's a match. This is a straightforward way to ensure you and your caregiver are on the same page. You will not see the hourly rate reflected in the calculations for the job, but the info will be displayed in the job details.
To ensure you have this great new feature, make sure you have the most current version of the app - version 3.1.8.

We're excited to announce that Sitter Pro released a new feature that allows clients to share their preferred caregiver hourly rate. This is exciting because now, as a caregiver, you can view the hourly rates set by clients for each job. When you review a job request, watch for a new line item that lists the client's specified rate. The hourly rate will not be reflected in totals, it’s just a way to share information.
