Sitter Pro makes it easy for you to add a custom section to your confirmation emails that your clients get after a job is confirmed. Confirmation emails already include booking start/end times, number needing care, service type, caregiver bio, and agency contact information. Use this field If you'd like to include additional information/policies, you can follow the instructions below to include any additional information/policies.
From your admin dashboard, go to Agency Settings > Settings > Notifications. Then, under ‘Additional information to include in the client confirmation email,’ you can add anything else you’d like included in your confirmation emails.
If you have lines that you'd like broken up into different paragraphs, you can add <br/> at the end of each line or send your message to our team, and we’d be happy to assist in formatting this section of your settings.
Once you’ve added your details, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen. Then your additions will be sent on future booking confirmations.
