Searching for multi-day job groups
In the admin dashboard, if you go to the ‘Jobs’ menu, you will see ‘Multi-day search.’ Click that, and you’ll be taken to a view of all your Multi-Day Bookings:
*Note: You can also see all individual jobs from the group on the ‘Job Search’ page.
Here you’ll get a snapshot of all your multi-day booking requests and the information for each, including:
- Client
- Service area
- First date of the booking
- Number of days in the booking
- How many of those bookings are filled
- How many caregivers have responded to the booking request
This information is helpful so you can see how many responses you have and will give you an idea of how and if you will be able to fill the multi-day job request.
You can click on a multi-day job, and then you will see the booking group details screen.
Bulk actions on a multi-day job
On the group details screen, you’ll see ‘All Jobs,’ which is a list of all the jobs in the multi-day booking. In the top right corner, you will see an ‘actions’ drop-down:
You’ll see you can Assign Caregiver, Send to Caregivers, or Cancel Jobs. These three bulk actions can be taken on one, a few, or all of the jobs. You can check the boxes on the left and then take bulk actions on the selected jobs if needed.
To edit a single job in the multi-day booking, simply click on the job and make the edits you desire in the individual job.
Caregiver Responses
An admin can see an overview of caregiver responses via the Multi-Day Job Search screen. At a glance, they can see how many caregivers have responded:
To see details about caregiver responses, click on the multi-day job. And scroll down to the Requested caregiver's section under ‘All jobs.’ Here you can see the requested caregivers, if they are available, for which dates, and any notes they’ve left for the agency regarding the request:
Charges for multi-day jobs
Multi-day bookings are charged on a per-day basis. So the bookings check out just as any other single-day booking, and the check-out process will kick off after the end time of the individual job.
For example, if a client has a nanny for four days, there will be four separate charges for the bookings.
