This will describe how to send a job request to additional caregivers if the initial caregivers have not accepted the job.
When a job has been in a pending status for a long time, you may want to send the job request to additional caregivers to see if they can take the job. This article will walk through the process.
Sending to More Caregivers
From the booking details screen, tap on 'Actions' and select 'Send to Caregivers'. At the top of the next screen, you will see any caregivers who match the job qualifications and are likely available, but haven't been sent a job request. You can select the caregivers you want to send it to.
Below that section, you will see the caregivers who have already been sent the request. You cannot change this list, but you are able to see the caregivers and their response status.
The last section is listed as 'Others'. These are caregivers who are either not qualified for the job or are likely unavailable for the timeframe. You can also select these caregivers if you want to try having them accept the job.
Once you've selected the additional caregivers you want to send it to, tap on 'Send to Caregivers' and the requests will be sent. You will now be able to see the additional caregivers in the 'Requested Caregivers' section of the booking details page.
