This article walks through how to duplicate a job for multiple days and/or events that require multiple caregivers.
There are often times when you are creating a job in the admin dashboard, that you may want to duplicate the details of a prior job:
- Client is requesting multiple days and you want to keep the same address/considerations/notes for all of the jobs.
- Client frequently requests jobs with the same notes/information.
- An event requires multiple caregivers.
To make this process easier, you can duplicate an existing/past job and it will fill in all of the details in the booking request form and you can update the fields that have changed.
To do this, go to the booking details screen of an existing/past job that you want to duplicate. Go to the actions button and select 'Duplicate'. This will take you to a new screen with the booking details. You can then adjust the fields as needed (i.e. date/time) and then send it to caregivers.
Considerations:
- If you are sending a duplicate job for an event that requires multiple caregivers, you may want to add a note that says to only accept one of the jobs.
